BIFTXcio

Terms of Use

Effective October 23, 2026

1. Agreement

By downloading or using BIFTXcio (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

2. What the app provides

BIFTXcio shows crypto market data, charts, indicator readings, public order books and recent trades, and lets you record plans with entry, stop and target levels. The app doesn't place orders, hold money or digital assets, or connect to exchange accounts or wallets.

3. No financial advice

Content in the app, including scanner matches, indicator readings, plan results and the Toolkit, is general information. It doesn't take your circumstances into account and isn't a recommendation to buy or sell an asset. Crypto prices can move sharply, and trading them can lead to losses. Consider independent advice before making financial decisions.

4. Market data

Market data comes from third parties (CoinGecko, Kraken and alternative.me) and can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Please check important figures with another source before relying on them.

5. Plans

Plans are records you create. Their status and results are calculated from hourly market data and the latest prices available to the app, before fees and slippage, and may differ from what a real order would have achieved.

6. Acceptable use

Please use the app for personal, lawful purposes and don't attempt to reverse engineer it, disrupt it or use it to overload the data services it relies on.

7. Intellectual property

The app's design, text and code belong to its developer. Coin names, logos and market data belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims implied warranties and isn't liable for losses arising from use of the app or reliance on its information.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
